We lost our special kitty Romeo on July 21, 2010. It was only 30 days from the morning he wasn’t acting like himself and subsequent diagnoses of Acute Renal Failure until we had to take his pain away and begin ours. He was only 9 years old. As a vet tech who helps people through there losses in a clinic setting, I knew that was not right for me and am most grateful to Dr. Cooney for not only her quick response to our home on the morning of Romeo’s passing, but also her extremely caring manner. Although nothing could have made the experience less painful, she brought peace to us. Our home will always feel empty without Romeo. We love you Romeo and miss you everyday.
